Got this tag from Doc Joey.

profession.jpg

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Copy and paste everything to a new post and Add your name next to your profession (or profession-to-be for undergrads) in the list. Make sure your name is linked to your blog/webbie.
Tip: For easier capture of links, paste into your blog using the “Visual” (for WP) and Compose (for Blogger) modes (not Edit HMTL or HTML).

2. If your profession is not in the list then simply add it to the correct alphabetical place. For example, if you want to add PLUMBER then it should be placed in between ONCOLOGIST and QUEEN.

3. Tag as many people as you can and witness how your technorati will explode!

4. Don’t forget to link back. In your case, link back to http://ambush101.blogspot.com.

Zero PR but lots of awards
Friday, March 07, 2008
I just noticed that my page rank dropped from 3 to zero. I think I know why. Crap.

Oh well, I think I know what to do bring back that precious page rank. Yeah, it's precious, especially for those who are trying to make extra money online. Ironically, I think that's one of the reasons why my PR dropped.

The show must go on.

*~_~*~_~*

I've been given a looooot of awards by some online friends. One them is Heidi, who gave me this award.

And Pat gave this to me.

Thanks, my dears! I really appreciate these kind gestures.

Presenting, my computer desktop...
Monday, March 03, 2008
Senator Mon tagged me and "obliged" me to display my desktop for everyone to see. I'm at work right now and I decided to do a quick post on this because I sooooo love my desktop here.

I am one of the lucky few to be issued a 19-inch wide-screen LCD monitor, so my desktop is quite wide. I so love this particular picture of my son, which was taken last New Year's celebration.

I just realized that in majority of my favorite shots of him, he's wearing that striped brown romper. Useless trivia.

I won't be tagging anyone because I saw that most of my blogger friends have done this already. To those who haven't, feel free to grab this tag. Don't forget to let me know you've done it so I can take a look.

Love-Hate connection
Saturday, January 12, 2008
Got tagged by Liz. (Thanks, sis! Good luck on your party planning! )

1. I love to eat: anything that Mr. Frost cooked. He's really a better cook than I am.
2. I hate to eat: something that I'm not craving for at that very moment.
3. I love to go: window-shopping (or actual shopping, if I have the money ) for baby stuff and graphic novels.
4. I hate to go: somewhere that would take me more than an hour to reach. (At least now, at my current state of pregnancy)
5. I love it when: my family spends quality time in bed upon waking up
6. I hate it when: my feet get wet because of the rain, especially when I'm not at home.
7. I love to see: Paris! (Please, Lord, let me see Paris before I die. )
8. I hate to see: the look on Mr. Frost's face whenever he finds something that would be a great addition to his collection, but we can't buy at the very moment. It really breaks my heart.
9. I love to hear: Mr. Frost's and Sikei's goodnight "sing" ritual before going to bed
10. I hate to hear: songs of "bands" I hate.

Feel free to grab the tag!

The Rule of 8
Friday, October 26, 2007
Got tagged again, this time by officemate Aiza.

Disclaimer: The rules may sound redundant, but I did not make them. It's spreading around like wildfire so I guess tracing the source can take a lot of time.

THE RULES - List of 8

* write 8 facts about yourself.
* in the 8 facts, you share 8 things that your readers don’t know about you. at the end, you tag as much other bloggers to keep the fun going. each blogger must post these rules first.
* each blogger starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
* at the end of the post, a blogger needs to choose as much people to get tagged and list their names.
* don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged, and to read your blog.

1. I can watch WWE for hours and still feel bitin.
2. I long to go to Palawan and Cagayan De Oro.
3. I am a sucker for the classics - classic computer games, classic rock music, classic board games, classic street games, classic TV shows, etc.
4. I have capabilities that would enable me to survive, on many levels, in a jungle.
5. I am crazy over boots (I'm a size 6! *hint* *hint* ), but I'm not into too fancy styles. Like I said, I'm a sucker for classics.
6. I can't get enough of baby stuff. What can I do? I'm a new mom!
7. If I were to chose my nationality, I would like to be French or Japanese.
8. I love Samuel L. Jackson. He is the coolest, most "astig" actor of all time. Who else has a purple lightsaber? Purple, for Pete's sake!

Okay, so some of the facts can be cheesy, but I can't think of something more decent. People know I'm crazy, what else can I confess here?

And I'm tagging Liz, Pam, Sheila, Pao, Codename Qadaffi, Aggie, and Heidi.

Baby tags...
Thursday, October 25, 2007
Been tagged by Liz...

1. Are there any babies in your family or circle of friends?
My little fighter, Issen, is turning one year old next week. I also have a niece who just turned 3 this month. Nocturnal Sun has a 3-month-old baby girl.

2. Are you one of those people who use a high-pitched, sing-song voice when talking to babies and small children?
Nah. I talk to them in my normal voice, then if I'm in the mood, I suddenly scare them with my devil voice.

3. If you were standing in line next to a *very* pregnant stranger at the bank or grocery store, what would you say to her?
Nothing. I just smile at them. I don't like being talked to about my pregnancy with strangers, so... Don't do unto others blah blah blah.

4. Similarly, what do you say or do near babies in public?
Nothing much, I just adore them silently. If I'm with Issen, I try and make them interact. Issen usually smiles, and if we're close enough, touch the other kid on the face. One time, he grabbed the baby's face and kissed it. Good thing I was fast enough to move closer to the baby so the kid wasn't hurt.

5. When walking through a department store, are you the sort of person who can go by the baby clothes without even a glance or do you have to stop to ooh and ahh?
If I'm not in a rush, the baby's section is definitely part of my mall itinerary. I don't necessarily buy everytime, but I look at what Issen might need.

Now let's tag Mec, Jacque, Marie, Con, and Mai.
